I met Moe about 4 years ago when I had an idea for a book based on physiognomic perception and creativity. In doing a Google search I found that Moe had originated a test involving that very concept, and had written extensively on the subject. We began a long correspondence that ripened into, for me at least, a wonderful friendship. I was amazed by his emotional generosity to me, a complete stranger. He often sent me his thoughts on what I was doing, and on life. He was most encouraging about my work, read my manuscript, and loved it. Because I knew he was concerned about whether his work would continue to be read after he was gone, I hoped that my book would be published so he could enjoy seeing my references to him, but unfortunately my New York agent "disappeared" for almost a year, and the book still languishes unpublished. I will miss Moe. I treasure his many warm letters to me. I hope that I made him understand how much I appreciated him and valued his friendship, and did a little bit to reassure him that his work will remain vital to us in the field of creativity. Moe, thanks to you for all you've done for me and for the world. Susan Kalman
