While I was in college and very wet behind the ears, I worked with my big fancy cousin at NYU helping him with paperwork on his various studies, all the while he was imparting on me to be myself, of course which, I hadn't a friggin clue. Now many years later, I have become myself and I am quite creative in the fields of food, writting and photography all nurtured and enhanced by Moe. He taught me to try and experiment and that failure was part of this process and as long as I learned something, nothing was a loss. I fondly remember cooking dinner for him and all those who "dropped by" at the beach or knocking bck several cocktails with him in the city. Thank you for helping me to imagin and create the on a daily basis and say lets give it a try and see. Ira
